At Timeless Flower Preservation, we believe that flowers tell a story, a moment frozen in time, rich with emotion and memory. Our goal is to preserve these fleeting blooms with care, integrity, and the highest quality craftsmanship, transforming them into meaningful keepsakes that last.
Using refined preservation techniques and premium materials, we handle each bouquet with a level of respect and artistry that reflects its sentimental value. Every piece we create is individually handcrafted, not machine-made, which means no two keepsakes will ever be the same. Variations in appearance, texture, and structure are natural and speak to the organic beauty of your original flowers.
What to Expect
The Drying Process
Your bouquet is carefully dehydrated to preserve its shape and structure. While this process helps retain much of its beauty, changes in **color, texture, and size** are normal.
* **Vibrant colors** may soften or darken.
* **Delicate flowers** may shrink or flatten.
* **Moisture-heavy blooms** may need color enhancement to better reflect their original tone.
**Flower Freshness Matters**
For best results, we recommend drop-off within **1–2 days of your event**. We do accept older blooms, but please note: the condition in which we receive the flowers directly impacts the final result. Wilted or drooping flowers will dry with less structure and shape.
**Working with Real Flowers**
We do not artificially restore blooms to their original state. Instead, we preserve them **“as is,”** embracing the unique transformation that occurs during drying.
The Resin Preservation Process
Once dried, your flowers are arranged and preserved in custom resin pieces, made by hand and poured in layers for durability and clarity. Here's what you should know:
**Natural Variations**: Resin may reveal small air bubbles, or flower particles. These are normal and part of the handmade process.
**Translucency & Spotting**: Some blooms may show translucent patches or spots from natural bruising. This is especially true with delicate flowers or those handled frequently during events.
**Layer Lines**: Since resin is poured in stages, lines may appear when viewed from the side but are rarely visible from the front.
Optional Color Correction
This service is offered to enhance the appearance of flowers that may have discolored or wilted during the drying process. Our artists delicately apply pigment to restore vibrancy and mask common imperfections like bruising or fading.
Color Correction Benefits:
* Revives faded hues
* Reduces the appearance of translucent spots
* Provides a truer match to the original bouquet
Flower Behavior Guide:
Different flowers respond differently to preservation. While some maintain their form and tone well, others may change more noticeably:
* **Reds and Corals** tend to darken
* **Whites** often shift to ivory or soft yellow
* **Purples** typically deepen
* **Succulents** do not preserve well and may be substituted with faux versions
Accessories in Resin:
We welcome the inclusion of meaningful details like **ribbons, photos, charms, and lace.** However, when cast in resin, some materials may behave differently:
* **Tulle & Silk** may turn translucent or appear wet
* **Wood flowers** and **rhinestones** may bubble or lose their reflective finish
* **Paper items** (e.g. wedding invitations) must be laminated before inclusion
Our Vision:
At *Flow of Observation*, our vision is rooted in reverence, for nature, for memory, and for storytelling through art. We view flower preservation not simply as a craft, but as a form of emotional preservation. Each bloom holds a chapter in someone’s life, a promise, a celebration, a farewell, and we exist to help those stories endure in beautiful form.
Our goal is to merge botanical artistry with timeless design, crafting pieces that don’t just preserve flowers, but preserve the emotions tied to them. Through patience, care, and creative observation, we honor the beauty in every detail, and invite our clients to relive the moments that matter most.
